Founder & CEO

Bonnie is the Founder and CEO of Raccord. Her journey began after spending over five years in the commercial real estate space, experiencing first hand the pain points Raccord endeavors to solve. She spent the first 15 years of her career in the public markets, working across several investment verticals. After graduating from UNC with a B.A. degree in Finance, she began in the research department at a hedge fund focused on the technology space before leveraging that knowledge to transition into equity trading during the GFC. In an effort to create more balance at home after her first son was born, she subsequently joined a private investment bank, to assist in scaling their business in Europe. Her time spent in London gave her the opportunity to join a London based, event-driven fund, to lead capital formation and strategy. After months on the road and the birth of her second son, she took a brief pause before entering into Real Estate Private Equity in NY, focused on multifamily investments along the east coast. It was through these collective experiences, along with COVID’s disruption, that gave her the perspective to identify the opportunity that exists within the real estate industry today.

As the world’s largest asset class, with the most real-world impact, real estate still lacks technological adoption, data standardization and interoperability across systems. The opportunity for real estate investors to partner with data and technology to create actionable insights, identify new opportunities, build climate intelligence and drive value for the consumers of space is greater than ever. Our mission at Raccord is to innovate and drive change in the way the real estate industry assesses and utilizes data to improve underwriting accuracy, optimize workflows and support data-driven decisions.

Bonnie finds love and inspiration from her family and is an avid reader and distance runner, having completed 7 marathons across 6 countries.

Senior Engineer

Keerthan Vantakala is an Engineer with 7 years of experience working across numerous industries. He has experience as a consultant for F100 and as an engineer at an Ad-Tech company before the startup bug led him to start a data analytics SaaS product for chemical manufacturing plants. Since stepping away from his own startup in 2020 he has enjoyed working alongside numerous early-stage startups. When Keerthan is not in the office you can find him at the beach playing sand volleyball in the summer or finding any excuse to travel away from Chicago in the winter.

Director of Operations

Kristy Joseph is Director of Operations at Raccord Inc. Through her previous role with Raccord as Director of Human Resources she has proven to be process driven and focused, creating protocols and evaluating business procedures, always looking for ways to improve current workflows. The experience of being a New York City Emergency Room Nurse and a Nuclear Medicine Nurse has given her experience using unique skill sets to manage and prioritize in complex situations. Kristy also carries business management and sales experience from her prior role as a medical device consultant. Great communication skills, being solution-oriented, and a positive attitude are some of the strengths and attributes she is bringing to Raccord. Kristy’s loves include reading, traveling with family and friends, and trying new cuisines.
